On 9 November 2016 the Government introduced its superannuation package to the House of Representatives. The package comprised three Bills, the Explanatory Memorandum and the second reading speeches by the Treasurer Scott Morrison

On 17 November 2016, Terrence O’Brien, Jack Hammond QC and Save Our Super lodged a joint submission on two superannuation Bills with the Senate Economics Legislation Committee, in response to that Committee’s invitation dated 11 November 2016.
